Fats Domino fue un visionario que desde Louisiana absorbió lo más delicioso del hot jazz, del cajún, del boogie y del blues. La sustancia que le quedó en el paladar dio forma a un sonido característico, a un sentimiento y una garra musical que quedó marcada a fuego en creaciones como ‘The Fat Man’ o ‘Blueberry Hill’ (posiblemente uno de sus éxitos más presentes en la memoria colectiva).
